SNIP Regional Spay/Neuter Clinic’s mission is to address the pet over-population problem by providing quality sterilization procedures at a low cost.

With the support of the Ryan Newman Foundation, SNIP Regional Spay/Neuter Clinic is “Racing to End Pet Over-Population”.  Ryan Newman, NASCAR driver of the #39 Chevrolet and his wife Krissie are avid animal advocates and the national spokespeople for the National Spay/Neuter Response Team (NSNRT), an organization that strives to assist the opening of new spay/neuter clinics all across the country.

SNIP Regional Spay/Neuter Clinic is owned by Dr. Elizabeth Broome, a graduate of NC State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
